These Terms of Service are between you and 4Loop Ltd ("4Loop", "we", "us"). They apply to the following free Android applications published by 4Loop Ltd on Google Play:

In these Terms, "the App" means any one of the listed applications. These Terms do not govern the 4Loop website or any other app not listed above.
Please read these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and the App's Google Play listing and Data safety information.
About the App and provider
4Loop Ltd offers the App as a free download through Google Play. If a particular App offers optional paid features or purchases, their price and conditions will be shown before you commit to a purchase. Google Play's own terms also apply to your use of its store and services. Your mobile or internet provider may charge you for connectivity or data use.
Using the App
By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App and uninstall it if you have already installed it. You must use the App lawfully and follow any instructions or usage requirements shown in the App or its Google Play listing.
Permission to use the App
While you comply with these Terms, 4Loop grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable permission to install and use the App for its intended purpose. The App and its content are licensed, not sold. You must not copy, modify, distribute or resell the App, or attempt to reverse engineer it, except where applicable law does not allow that restriction or a third-party licence permits it.
Analytics, privacy and device backups
The listed Apps use Google Analytics for Firebase (GA4) for usage analytics only after you opt in through the app. The SDK may process an app-instance identifier, the Android Advertising ID unless disabled in the App's configuration, app-use events and app/device information. We do not use app analytics for targeted advertising and do not use Firebase Crashlytics or another separate crash-reporting SDK. You can withdraw your analytics choice in the App's privacy settings; the App remains usable if you reject analytics. Android Auto Backup may include app data, including wallpaper preferences, in a backup to your Google Account if enabled on your device; 4Loop does not receive or access those backups. Further details, including retention and data rights, are in our Privacy Policy. Website analytics and cookies are separate and do not apply to use of the Apps.
Ownership and third-party services
4Loop and its licensors retain all rights in the App and its materials, except for the permission to use the App described above. The App may rely on Google Play or other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices, and we do not control services operated by third parties. Nothing in these Terms limits any responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes, availability and ending use
We may update or change the App for operational, technical, security or legal reasons, and may suspend or discontinue it where reasonably necessary. We will give notice where practicable and where required by law. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend your permission to use it if needed to address a material breach of these Terms or to protect the App, its users or our services.
Consumer rights and liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. This includes mandatory rights that may apply to digital content in your country. To the extent permitted by law, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill; we are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable or is caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the App or applicable requirements change. The latest version and its revision date will be published on this page. We will provide any notice or obtain any agreement required by law. If you do not agree to updated Terms, stop using the App and uninstall it.
Law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, this does not take away any mandatory protection under the laws of your country of residence or limit any court rights those laws give you.
